After the failure of the rights protection, on April 19, at the Tesla booth of the Shanghai Auto Show, Ms. Zhang wore a white T-shirt with "brake failure" and stood on the roof of the Tesla exhibition car to defend her rights, which caused high attention and became one of the most sensational news events of the 2021 Shanghai Auto Show.

At present, there are a number of lawsuits between Tesla and Ms. Zhang. In May, the court ruled on two cases in which Ms. Zhang, a female owner of a Tesla car from Anyang, Henan Province, sued Tesla, and the court rejected Ms. Zhang's lawsuit against Tesla.

It is reported that Ms. Zhang was ruled to lose the two keys, respectively: Ms. Zhang sued Tesla for infringement of its right to reputation case, the court rejected its lawsuit request, Tesla won; Ms. Zhang sued Tesla for violating her personal privacy case, and the court rejected her lawsuit request, and Tesla won.

However, unlike the two cases in which Tesla was the defendant, the case that opened on June 6 at the Qingpu District People's Court in Shanghai, Tesla is the plaintiff.In September 2021, Tesla sued Ms. Zhang for infringement of its reputation rights and claimed 5 million yuan, but the case has not been heard since.
