Fast technology news on June 7, the blogger digital chat station exposed the test results of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3,The chip Geekbench 6 has a single-core score of 2200 and a multi-core score of 7000.

For comparison,Apple A16 single-core score is 2500 points, multi-core score is 6200 points; Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 single-core score 2000 points, multi-core score 5500 points.

In a comprehensive comparison, the single-core performance of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 is less than A16, but the multi-core performance surpasses A16, which is greatly improved compared with Snapdragon 8 Gen2.

It is reported that Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 adopts 1+5+2 architecture design, including 1 Cortex X4 super core, 5 Cortex A720 large core and 2 Cortex A520 small core, of which the super core frequency reached 3.7GHz.

In addition,Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 uses TSMC N4P process to build, without TSMC 3nm process, its rival Apple A17 chip will be the first to use TSMC 3nm process.

Finally, the release time, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 will be unveiled at the Snapdragon Technology Summit on October 24.
