Fast technology July 7 news,AMD has added initial support for Zen5 in its latest Linux patch submission, adding new PCI device ids for Family 26(1Ah) Model 00-31(00h-1Fh), 67-79(40h-4Fh).
Specific support includes k10tmp thermal sensor, EDAC AMD64 driver memory verification and error correction.
According to the patch file,The Zen5 will have 12 DDR5 memory channelsThis is consistent with previous exposure, and the existing Zen4 Genoa, Bergamo series is the same.
I do not know whether the next generation of Xiao Long will replace the interface, but considering that it needs to support memory specifications such as MR-DIMM and MCR-DIMM, it is not ruled out that there will be changes.
According to the official roadmap given by AMD,The consumer Rydragon 8000 series and the next generation of the data center Xiao Long will be launched in 2024.

According to the report, Zen5 Skydragon standard edition will have 16 CCDS, 128 cores, 512MB level 3 cache, 3D cache edition integrated up to 1GB, plus native 512MB, level 3 cache up to 1.5GB, Zen5c version is 12 CCDS, 192 cores, 384MB level 3 cache.
Ryron 8000 is still up to 16 core 32 threads, the second and third level cache is unchanged, the first level cache is increased from 64KB to 80KB, the IPC is increased by up to 19%, the acceleration frequency is expected to reach 5.8-6.0GHz, and the highest thermal design power consumption is 170W.
